Dishner, USAF (Ret.). The parade will not reform but streets will remain blocked to allow safe foot traffic back to the Library.

Kathleen Healy is a songwriter living on Cape Cod with her husband and three boys. She has performed locally both as a member of a folk quartet and as a solo performer, playing guitar and ukelele.
